Hi-Tech Cafe

Another Wifi cafe near the highway in the huge Thuan Thao entertainment area.  Plasma TVs, A/C, tasty drinks and very friendly staff.  A few speak English.  There's actually another Wifi cafe across the street in the same complex, if you don't like Hi-tech, but it's the nicest place to go, I think.  Open early-late.
