Tay Ninh

Tay Ninh is home to one of the largest and most unusual temples in Vietnam. The Cao Dai religion is a mixture of Christian, Buddhist, Islamic and European humanist elements. It has more than one million followers in Vietnam and the temple in Tay Ninh is the the centre. A visit to Tay Ninh is usually twinned with the Cu Chi tunnels excursion as both sites are close together. Tay Ninh is one hour to the west of Ho Chi Minh City.
