Q Bar
Edit This
Not as good as its original incarnation, but not bad regardless. Suffers a certain synthetic cache from being right opposite the Caravelle Hotel, and certainly reflects this in the drink prices, but is nonetheless one of the most thoughtfully laid out bars in the central area. Music is acceptable and laid back.
It's a good place to meet upmarket expats and five star tourists, but, aside from the odd glamour puss, most of the vietnamese traffic is either post '75 wealthy, or pre/post Apocalypse Now rough trade... As with any generalisation, there are exceptions.
