Park Hyatt Saigon

Bust opening its doors at press time, the Park Hyatt tips the scales in downtown luxury. This new hotel is just behind the city's famous opera house in Lam Son Square. Rooms are sumptuous throwbacks to a time when old Indochina was home to European-imported refined luxury, but I don't think the Quiet American could have afforded this one. Expect a great location and a memorable stay.
