Hoa Binh Travel Guide

Hoa Binh is 75km south west of Hanoi and the place for so many different hill tribe people including Muong and Thai. Hoa Binh is the starting point for excursions to the villages of the Muong and Thai ethnic minorities. These groups live in villages that are unchanged for generations. The people still practise aspects of their tradition lifestyles but exposure to the outside world and Government sponsored education is helping the people make the adjustment to the modern age.

Traditional food and dancing are two elements that visitors are invited to participate in. Hoa Binh can be visited in a day from Hanoi or on the way to Dien bien phu.
