Soppong

Edit This

Soppong is a small traditional market village situated on small river, about 75 km from Mae Hong Son. Residents are mostly Shan and hilltribe, with few tourists populating the village, as has become the case with nearby Pai. It is a popular stop for day trips from the provincial capital, and has become known as a "wilderness adventure centre". Besides the shopping experience you can explore hilltribe villages on foot, explore the many caves in the area, birding and experience some very lush, native jungle. The weather more..
