Jungle trek

8 hour hike up waterfall in national park, climbing 600m. Includes guide, swimming in waterfall pools along the way and lunch. Beautiful scenery, good exercise, eating wild fruit out of the jungle and seeing wildlife (if lucky).

Snorkeling Boat Trips

Snorkeling tours can be chartered at places all over the island, though the best prices are found at the front desks at the bungalows. An all-day trip from 8am to 5pm will run about 400 baht per person, transportation to and from the docks, lunch and snorkel rental all included. Most boats visit 4 or 5 different islands in the marine sanctuary a good 45-minute cruise away from the main island, spending about an hour at each place for snorkeling.
