Edit This Chiang Mai Cookery at "The Best Thai Cookery School" We had a great time with Perm. He took us on a market tour. It was neat and full of information. He showed us many different vegetables, explained the different rices, the live fish at the market and explained the different tofus and much more. Everything is really well prepared when you get to his house. There are dishes set up of the basics you will need and everyone gets their own chopping block and gas burner. Aprons are provided, as well as water, coffee and tea. Pop and more..
