The new Mon and Kurt's Thai - German Restaurant offers great food and a nice athmosphere with a beautiful view of Doi Chiang Dao.  It is located on the Chiang Mai - Fang Highway, 2.5 km past the Chiang Dao 7-11 on the way to Fang, just after the Fang kilometer stone 79 on the right hand side of the old highway.

Their menu includes over 150 food and drink items including Western, Thai and vegetarian dishes and also cocktails and fresh brewed cofee with free refills.  Prices are set with the budget traveller in mind. 

The restaurant has become a popular meeting place for local Expats and a favorite stop for visa run travellers.

There you can enjoy 60's and 70's style music and on occations listen to the owner play guitar.
