Offshore Charters Pte Ltd - Boats

I am looking to hire a small boat to scatter my daughters ashes from whilst I am in Singapore during the period 6th Feb 2010 and 10 Feb 2010.
Do you undertake this type of work, there will only be 2 or 3 persons tavelling on the launch so it need not be of a large size.
Could you please give me prices etc or if you do not carry out this type of work could you please put me in contact with someone who does?
