The Roof Bar Sundeck Terrace

It's located at 32A Pagoda Street in Chinatown(Singapore).The place is open air. Open daily except Sundays. It's got the best 360 degree view of the chinatown and the city district skyline. It's even better when the lights come on at night.

Daily crowd consist of locals, expats and loads of tourist. The prices are reasonably cheap but it's cash only at this place. For now anyway. There's lot of people that have the place booked for private functions so ask the management.  They also won Think magazine readers choice in 2 categories. Best local and Best Patio/outdoor bar. They were the only double winner.

I suggest you find this place for a really different fun time. You'll have a great time. Among all the roof bars this has got to be the ultimate. If you're heading to Singapore then this is the place to be.
