Bamboo Rafting
It’s nice to explore the pristine waters of San Pablo’s seven lakes, and the best way to do it is by bamboo rafting. You can rent bamboo rafts for only $5 per person and travel around the 48-hectares twin lakes of Yamboo and Pandin. This tour will take you 10 to 30 minutes. You might want to take your camera along to get some great photos.
Biking around Sampaloc Lake
Sampaloc Lake is the biggest among the seven lakes in San Pablo City. The lake covers an area of 104 hectares and is 27 meters deep. You can rent a bike and ride around the lake to take in the beautiful scenery. If you are with a friend you might want to rent the bike with a sidecar. This will cost you under $2 an hour. You will also be able to visit several fish farms at the lake.
Viaje Del Sol
When you go to San Pablo you don’t want to miss the sumptuous gastronomical offerings of this city that showcase the culture, tradition and heritage of Lagunians. Viaje Del Sol literally means "the way of the sun" and it is a famous culinary journey around the provinces of Laguna, Batangas and Quezon. Picnic at Bato Resort
Bato Resort is located in Barangay San Cristobal, near the boundaries of San Pablo and Dolores, Quezon. This rustic-looking resort features ice cold running water from Mt. Banahaw. There are two man-made waterfalls and large swimming pools for kids and adults. The lush vegetation and clean and free-flowing river of Bato Resort makes it a perfect place for family picnics and chilling out with friends.
Bar Hopping
After sunset you can still get out and party with friends and go bar hopping within the city of San Pablo. There are several good places that offer great entertainment, affordable food and ice cold beer. Places you can go are La Pizzeria, Red Chili Resto Bar, Golden Star, Coco Place, Q5 Corner Stage and ZYPP Zone.
