Naga City is located at the Province of Camarines in the Bicol
Region (5). It is an independent city, the most progressive in the
Bicol region, and is widely known as an international model of local
governance.
Along with this, Naga City is also famous for
Peñafrancia Festival, a Catholic celebration held annually every
September in honor of Bicol's patroness, Our Lady of Peñafrancia.
