7 Day Itinerary in Cagayan de Oro

are several things that you can do in Cagayan de Oro; the following is 7 day itinerary for a possible trip here.
Day 1
White Water Rafting
One of the most popular attractions in Cagayan de Oro is its white water rafting. Spend a day white water rafting at the Cagayan River. The river has several whirlpools, twists and under currents that make it an excellent place to enjoy white water rafting.
Day 2
Mapawa River Trek
Enjoy a day trekking at the Mapawa River; this will normally take the whole day so be prepared. The activity involves a lot of physical action but it's worth the effort. The trek includes a truck ride up and down a mountain, a 30 foot high rock jump, rappelling down a cliff wall, a trek up a waterfall and more. You will need to make reservations beforehand.
Day 3
Museums
Visit the two museums in Cagayan de Oro: the Museum of Three Cultures and the Museo del Oro. The Museo del Oro is where you can find traditional folk culture on display, including an assortment of artifacts. The Museum of Three Cultures is also filled with several interesting pieces of art and sculptures.
Day 4
Opol Beach
Only 30 minutes from the city, this beach is one of the finest places to enjoy a day swimming and relaxing. It's a great spot for a day picnic with your family or friends. You can swim, wade or snorkel in the pristine waters of Opol beach.
Day 5
Macahumbus Adventure Park
Spend a day at this wonderful adventure park. One of the most popular activities are the Sky Bridge and Zipline. It's an adventure that will leave you spellbound. The park also has various other activities.
Day 6
Malasag Eco-Tourism Village
Experience the beauty and freshness of this eco-tourism village. You can spend a day taking a walk in this village, admiring the beauty of the unique flora and fauna, including the ancient architecture of Cagayan de Oro.
Day 7
Crocodile and Ostrich Farm
Don’t leave Cagayan de Oro without visiting the Ostrich and Crocodile farm. The farm is located on the outskirts of the city and is a great place to visit with your family. You can also buy an ostrich egg and enjoy an omelet at the farm.
