If you do not seek to travel a long distance you can jump aboard a banca boat. The ferries offer a way to mingle with the people of this wonderful country. The ferries are practically free and because of this, many people in the Philippines chose this as their means of transportation when moving about.
Buses
The buses in the Philippines do not have a central station. The main lines all have stations in some of the most important cities of the country. You can try Aladdin Transit or Baliwag Transit Incorporated. These buses can take you all over metro Manila. Some of these buses can even take you straight to your ferry so you can continue your trip. People should expect to pay around P$400-600 when boarding a bus inside Las Piñas City.
Taxis
There are taxis in almost every part of Las Piñas. There are yellow taxis and white taxis. The white taxis tend to be cheaper than the yellow taxis but both tend to be equally efficient. Sometimes they can charge as much as US$40 per a single ride. Make sure that your driver uses the meter for many times people get cheated by the driver.
Jeepney
The Jeepney is one of the most ingenious and the least expensive means of transportation around Las Piñas. The Jeepney are small model jeeps made in Las Piñas and are the most common means of transportation here. Of all the means of transportation the Jeepney is the least expensive.
Private Vehicle
If you really want to avoid the hassle of driving and the delays that it takes to wait for transport, you can use a private vehicle. There are many different car rental places in Las Piñas. When you rent your own car you can get around quickly. Of course you have to cover rental fees and provide your own gasoline but this is a good alternative when you are getting around Las Piñas with the whole family.
