The easiest places to do that are at Westpac and ANZ, both of which are
much more efficient than Bank South Pacific which is known for long

Safety in Port Moresby
Port Moresby gets a reputation as a dangerous place, however, if you
practice using your common sense while on your trip, you should have no
problem. Situations can change quickly, but in most cases if you ask
locals when you arrive if some particular place is safe to travel to,
you generally can trust their estimation. It is perfectly safe to walk
around the town and Boroko throughout the day, though outside of these
places, you should walk with a local. Any secluded urban areas should
avoided at all times.
There are great views from Paga Hill,
though you should only visit there with a local. The same goes for any
of the settlements, including Hanuabada, Sabama, Kila Kila
and Six Mile. After dark, you should not walk anywhere.
