Inle Pancake Kingdom

Inle Pancake Kingdom is a small cafe off of one of the paths leading to the jetty in Nyaung Shwe.  You will see signs for this mysterious destination posted all around Nyaung Shwe and when you finally reach the Pancake Kingdom you will not be disappointed. 

Some of the best chocolate banana pancakes, fresh strawberry smoothies, roasted tomato sauce with crispy shan rice crackers or guacamole are just a few of the tempting treats that can be had here.

The owner of the cafe, Ko Naung, and his family are intelligent and caring individuals who use the internet cafe to teach young people of Nyaung Shwe how to use computers when the computers are free and are always looking for ways to help.

If you have any questions about the area or want to do a tour of Inle this is a good place to go, Ko Naung and family will help you to find of the beaten track places to go and ways to help the local children, monks and people.

Definitely one of the highlights of the Inle Lake region.  Highly recommended and the food is fresh, delicious and clean.
