From Kuala Lumpur by Air

Berjaya Air is a subsidiary of the Berjaya Resorts group, and transports guests to the Berjaya resort on Tioman. The service is also available for those traveling to Tioman but not staying at the resort. They have several Dash 7 aircraft, which are 48-seaters. It looks small, but it's safe, with experienced pilots and friendly cabin crew. By the way, don't be squeamish if at first you don't spot the landing strip. There IS one! We are told the pilots practised landing on postage stamps prior to taking this gig. More information can be found at their website.

From 1 April 05 to 31 October, 05 the flight Kuala Lumpur - Tioman - Kuala Lumpur has the following daily timetable: 11:40 - 12:40, 14:50 - 15:50. The flight takes approx 1 hour.

Note that during the season there are often extra flights on busy (local holiday) weekends.
