You can play some local sport in Malaysia. Try some “Gasing”, which is “top spinning” where you spin tops made of hardwood balanced with a point of lead. You can also try the ‘Sepak Takraw’ which is a game similar to volleyball.

Malaysian Longhouse

Stay at one of the several “longhouses” in Malaysia. These houses are popular and are found right by the rivers in Sabah and Sarawak. The longhouses are whole villages under one roof. You need to be accompanied by one of the local guides to get on to the “longhouses” to visit or to stay for a short time.
