This is the weekend market that most local people will get really busy selling & buying local stuffs here, ranging from vegetables, fruits, fishes, cloths, souvenirs, local foods & basically, just anything that locally produced.

See Orangutan in the wild

Semenggoh Wildlife Centre is where to spot the orangutan live in the wild. They live freely in the surrounding jungle. They will come out from the jungle during the feeding time. The feeding time is at 9am in the morning & 3pm in the afternoon. Visit during the feeding time, you will get to see the Orangutans coming out from the jungle to the feeding platform, & you will get chance to see the giant Orangutan too, who is the leader of all orangutans at that territory. Visit Annah Rais Longhouse

This authentic Bidayuh tribe's longhouse is about 175 yrs old. You will get a chance to see how people live there in the traditional way of longhouse living. Annah Rais longhouse is located at about 65km away from Kuching & you can do a day visit, or stay overnight to adventure into the surrounding beautiful tropical rainforest. By far, this is the nearest authentic longhouse acciessible from Kuching, which still preserve the traditional Borneo longhouse style structure.
