Shopping in KluangEdit This
Kluang has few shopping malls that visiting tourists should not skip. Kluang Mall is the biggest of the lot and is situated at Jalan Rambutan. Here, one can expect to find stores such as Popular Bookstore, Pacific Hypermarket and food outlets like Secret Recipes, Charms Café, Big Apple Donuts and Coffee and Sushi King. Other malls not to be missed are Kluang Parade and Plaza BCB.
Zenxin Organic Park
Visit Zenxin Organic Park and stock up on farm-grown vegetables and fruits. You may want to pick up a number of bottles of Kluang’s famous Dragon Fruit wine from here if you enjoy it.
Little India is located in Jalan Stesen in Kluang. Here, you can expect to see a plethora of shops dotting the area, most of which selling goods that cater to the Indian community. If interested, you may want to shop for a sari (traditional attire of Indian women), spices, handmade products and household items.
Souvenirs from Markets
Before heading back home, shop for souvenirs for your friends and family from the various night markets and stores in Kluang. Head to Jalan Ismail for a customized pair of shoes. Also, shop for gifts like Kluang coffee powder, Tong Huat cookies, handmade straw bags, dried fruits, ceramic pottery, jewelery boxes and pickles. Air Hitam has very pretty crystal glass flowers on sale.
Mansor Toko Batik Mansor Toko Batik is a traditional Malaysian shop which is just a 5-minute walk from the bus station in Kluang or 10 minutes away from the Kluang railway station. In this long-standing shop, you’ll find traditional Malay and Muslim wares like handmade Batik printed clothes, songkoks, prayer sheets and many other ancient items from Malaysia.
