Upscale publike atmosphere with large centrally located donut shaped bar surrounded by tables and off to one side a darker more intimate seating arrangement reminiscent of lounge bars.

This is a watering hole patronised by the local white-collar crowd. Live entertainment by a Filipino band starts at 9pm on Tuesdays to Sundays and things get raucous by the wee hours. The inbetween sets music is DJ'ayed very well and some customers prefer it to the resident band, Love Child.

Wednesday is Ladies Night with free flow frozen margueritas, this is a recent innovation by the Blue Wave management and is yet to catch on.

The early crowd tends to be those who reserve their tables and ostentatiously plonk their bottles of Dimple or Black Label taking up the best tables - average age fifty plus ( plus ?) but past midnight a younger energetic crowd start to make their appearance.

House pours and beers cost MYR9.20 per glass. Happy hour runs from 6pm to 9pm daily and all night long on Mondays.

There is no entrance fee except on special days such as Valentine's Day.
