Most of the Cameron Highlands Shopping spots are situated in the town of Brinchang, a clustered town in Cameron Highlands. Cameron Highland is famous for its large tea and strawberry plantations, as well as vast agricultural lands and forestry.

Night Market in Brinchang Town

Brinchang’s Night Market is the most popular shopping destination in Cameron Highlands. It is only open on Friday and Saturday nights; however, during festivals this night market is open every night. The market is situated just across the Brinchang’s police station. This is a place where you will find a wide array of fresh produce like fruits, vegetables, teas and strawberries. Some of the other items available at this market are T-shirts, electronic gadgets, carvings, handicrafts, jewelry, shoes, bags and more. This is a good place to shop if you are looking for cheap bargains.

Multi-Crops Central Market

The Multi-Crops Central Market is a place where you will be able to find fresh vegetables, fruits, plants, flowers, souvenirs and handicrafts. The market also includes a few cafés where you can enjoy a nice cup of tea while shopping. This beautiful market is located in the main street of Brinchang Town.

Butterfly Parks

If you are looking for beautiful and well-crafted souvenirs to take home, the Butterfly Parks is the best place to find some good items. Butterfly Parks is located in the northern part of Brinchang Town. Here you can pick up colorful clothes, handicrafts and decorative plants, as well as jewelry, home decors, key chains and traditional products made by the Orang Asli.

Kea Farm Open-Air Market

This is the famous counterpart of the Brinchang’s Night Market. The Kea Farm Open Air Market is located next to the Equatorial Resorts, 2 km away from the town of Brinchang. You will find a wide selection of freshly picked produce like tea and strawberries, as well as other greens, fruits and vegetables. There are few stalls that sell ready-made clothes, jewelry, handicrafts and other small souvenirs.

Boh Tea Visitor Centre in Brinchang

Boh Tea is one of the largest tea producers in Malaysia. The plantation and main processing plant are located in Sungai Palas in Brinchang Town. The Boh Tea Center also has a shopping section which permits visitors to buy some of the tea that the center produces. One of the things you might want to buy and take home is some fine tea. You can pick up a couple of packets from this center.
