4th Floor Roof top Bar with amazing western speciality dishes (such as bangers & mash, chicken parmigianna etc) as well as having an extensive local dish selection. The best view of the mekong you will ever see. A real sight when there is a good sunset.

Also great music and lots of entertainment. The BPN also offers the finest whisky selection in asia and will stock just about any liquer you can think of (includ. absinthe which is on offer at $2 a shot every thursday... watch it).

Great place for breakfast or light lunch, excellent european pastry. A nice chill out place after many months in asia.

Terrific place for breakfast or lunch. They close early at 7 PM. Everything is super fresh and well prepared. Seating is on ground level just outside the shop and a number of tables upstairs with Air Conditioning. I prefer upstairs seating, it is more private, less crowded. You order and pay at same time at cashier located inside shop. They will hand you a paper ticket with a number and then a waitress will bring your order to more..
