Getting There

The closest airport is located in Semarang and Solo and then continue to the city by taxi from the airport or by bus from the bus terminal. Look for the bus going to either Solo (if you are in Semarang) or Semarang (if you are in Solo) and notify the bus conductor that you are heading to Salatiga. The travel from Semarang to Salatiga is about 45 minutes by taxi and more if you take bus. It takes about 15 minutes longer if you reach Salatiga from Solo. You can also reach Salatiga by flying to Yogya and then take a bus from Yogya to Solo, and then from Solo to Salatiga (see the above explanation).
