Gereja Katedral
Edit ThisSt Marie Church or more popular with Gereja Kathedral is one of the old church in Jakarta. More than a hundred year ago built in the area called Koningsplein. And today, can be seen in the opposite of Istiqlal Mosque. For Indonesians, it's also becomes a symbol about living in unity where a mosque facing to a church and the opposite.
The most enchanting of this cathedral are about the two towers, the statue of Virgin Marie in front of wooden doors and the dome inside the cathedral that made from teakwood.
