Lotus

There are 2 Lotus restaurant in Ubud, first situated at Jalan Raya named Lotus Cafe and Restaurants, and the other is Lotus Lane situated at Jalan Monkey Forest.  These restaurants are in the same chain with Lotus Resto at Senggigi Lombok and Singapore.

Lotus Cafe in Jalan Raya Ubud didn't have red meat in their menu, as an appreciation to Sarasvati Temple [Puri Saraswati] that located within the same area, separated by lotus pond. Meanwhile Lotus Lane at Monkey Forest have it in their list.

Several fave items in both Lotus resto are: lemon ginger [drink], nasi ayam seset [traditional balinese chicken served with steam rice], beef stroganoff [very tender meat] and apfelstrudel with vanilla ice cream and mango sherbet.
