Nusa Dua's resort-style hotels are generally expensive and high class. Many if them have been upgraded recently.

However, Balinese culture seeps into the accommodations making for a truly unique experience. The area is deal for honeymooners and others seeking a laid back, exotic, low pressure vacation. However, it is not so convenient to stroll out for shopping or for a meal.

Nusa Dua Beach Hotel

The Nusa Dua Beach Hotel is an astonishingly beautiful first class hotel that is offered in packages from the US sold by Asian Affair Holidays (Singapore Airlines).
It features a spa, a beach facing a lagoon (with swimming only at high tide), and a truly first class breakfast buffet included -- fruit, lox, omelet station, local noodle and rice dishes and much more. The hotel was available in cut rate packages in 2003 when travel to the area was depressed. However I would recommend it at full price due to the wonderful breakfast, lush gardens and top-notch service.

Westin Resort

Very centrally located in Nusa Dua, just by the roundabout and next to the Bali International Conference Centre is the Westin Resort. Recently rebranded from the Sheraton, this hotel is one of two Starwood Properties in Nusa Dua (soon to be joined by another, the St Regis).
