Elsewhere

Elsewhere is the only bar in Phnom Penh with an exotic garden and a small (free) swimming pool. The house is a French colonial villa built in 1920.

Elsewhere holds the biggest party in town, on the first Friday of every month.

Elsewhere also has a fashion shop offering locally designed closes and a restaurant.
