Equinox is located in the buzzing st 278, in an old-style house.
Downstairs a gaming room with pool table, darts and the only 'Bonzini' foosball table in town !
Upstairs a painting gallery and a clothing shop presenting the work of local artist Soumey
Finally on the balcony, a nice bar with a large variety of original cocktails, imported and local boozes and beers and a computer with free internet and loads of good music.
The place regularly organize parties on more..

OneZeroFour

OneZeroFour, fully airconditioned.  Nice clean lines with little or no clutter. Large ecelectic music selection.

104 street is a rapidly developing area, nice character in the street and 8 bars within a 50m radius of OneZeroFour.

Since this review was written a further 7 bars have opened on the this small but bustling street.

Most of the staff are 'good' girls but a couple are friendlier.

Elsewhere

Elsewhere is the only bar in Phnom Penh with an exotic garden and a small (free) swimming pool. The house is a French colonial villa built in 1920.

Elsewhere holds the biggest party in town, on the first Friday of every month.

Elsewhere also has a fashion shop offering locally designed closes and a restaurant.

Monsoon Wine Bar

Monsoon is an intimate little wine bar nestled between the river and Wat Phnom.  You can enjoy a glass of wine from the well chosen international wine list or try something from the small but excellent Pakistani menu. Friendly, cosy and air-conditioned.

Foreign Correspondents Club

This place is always full of journalists, photographers and many expatriates who live and work in the city. The walls are covered with black and white, documentary style photographs. It's a little more expensive than other places but is definitely worth a visit. Music is The music is usually late 60's and early 70's rock. : Very good place to have a drink a relax. Beautiful view over the Tonle Sap river. However, after 9 pm there is no more action there.

Heart of Darkness

Not closed. And not only expats. And defiantely a pickup bar. The heart is dead quiet until around 11pm, when it starts to get a little crazy - it's non-stop from there until the wee hours of the morning. It can get rough at times, but that's what happens when you pack a dance floor not much bigger than a couple of pool tables with drunken louts - expat and local, men and woman. Gun carrying locals although once common have been reduced a lot in the last few months

DV8 Bar & Guesthouse

A great way to start or finish your night in Phnom Penh. Ideal for the single man but also very friendly to everyone.

A legendary relaxed bar with friendly and appreciative staff. DV8 offers some of the best rock music, pool table, indoor and outdoor seating and accommodation id you need it. A small bar but a fun bar, suited best for single men or women looking for a new experience. The pool table and balcony on the second floor has been the scene of many any interesting night.

Voodoo Lounge

One of a cluster of new bars on Street 108 between Norodom Bvd and the Railway Station, Voodoo Lounge is airconditioned with a friendly, attractive staff. It is run by Aya who is vivacious and popular with a nice line in chat for all. Cold beers, nice free pool table and open till late [in fact till the last customer leaves!]. A huge range of music on the computer system and if you sit at the end of the bar you can coose the music to your heart's content - or till the other customers complain.

104 Pub Street

Not just one bar but now seven and soon to be eight bars located in close proximity. On 104 street there is the aptly named OneZeroFour, Power Bar, Barazza, Zanzibar, Monsoon, Rose Bar, Pickled Parrot. Just around the corner is Cafe Fluer DÁsie and the Green Vespa. All very nice bars and a good alternative to 51st. OneZeroFour is a sister bar to the legendary DV8 bar on street 148, just around the corner from Jungle Bar.

Small bar/restaurant located on the busy 104 street. Serving great western food including Cajun, Italian and Mexican, good music and the occasional live music.

Has free internet and wifi for it's customers. Opens from 11am til 2am+ and serving food all the time.
