Restaurant frizz
Edit ThisRestaurant frizz (yes, no capital letter) at Phnom Penh's riverside is a good location to try and taste Cambodian food. Their objective is to spread the knowledge and appreciation of traditionally prepared Khmer food. Many people think it's inferior to Thai food, frizz is trying to proof they are wrong. The restaurant is nicknamed 'The home of the Volcano Pot', which is a kind of BBQ Cambodian-style. Other specialties include Amok (fish curry), Saich Moan Ang (charcoal roasted chicken) and Luk Lak (beef in Khmer sauce).
Good vegetarian choice as well, small wine more..
