Internet access

There are numerous locally-run Internet cafes around the market area that have Internet and can burn CDs, etc. Beware of viruses! Most guesthouses also have Internet access available but currently (Sep 2009) the only place with WiFi is Balcony Guesthouse & Restaurant on the riverfront. Prices are generally $1/hr or part thereof.
