New in May 05 Heng Heng II hotel is on the riverfront. It is a lovely, clean hotel with large rooms, beautiful wooden furniture and only US$5 for a double room with private bathroom (hot water), satellite TV, dimmer switch on the ornate reading lights, spotless tiles, wooden inlay ceiling and a more than effective fan. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It is often booked out by government officials and NGO's so it may be worth booking ahead. They have airconditioned rooms as well.
