L'Escale Des Arts

This restaurant opened up just ten days before we dined there, which must explain why it wasn't packed to the rafters.

They serve New Asian cuisine and we had a massive ten course meal with drinks for under $30/person.  It was the best meal we ate in Asia bar none. 

Didieu Cloutier is a genius and his staff was fantastic.  I wish we'd had time to visit more than once!
