Siem Reap by the river

Siem Reap by boat! The nicest way to reach Angkor Wat.

There are several companies offering boat tickets to Siem Reap. The cheapest you can get is about 25 dollars (from Phnom Penh - Cambodian capital). But for this price, you won't be so comfortable and it can be a bit hazardous as the long speedboats usually have only one exit at the front.

Another option, a bit pricy but much more enjoyable, is to take a few days cruise on one of the beautiful river vessels going between siem reap, phnom penh and saigon.
