Described as most wonderful beach location by the nature, Unawatuna is one of the best Scuba Diving Locations in Sri Lanka
SCUBA DIVING is one of the aquatic activities available in Unawatuna.
Some of the better known Dive Pads are Submarine run by Shirly Korala in Yaddehimulla, Seahorse Diving at Ganahena on Matara Road run by Rohan.

Ship wrecks around like Rangoon, Tango and Lord Nelson which lies just by the rocks outside the bay and many more awaits exploration.
