Shikarpur is famous for its flavoursome prickles (achaar) which are in demand all over Pakistan. Some of traditional sweet dishes avaialble here such as falooda, mithai and kulfi are also worth testing.  Other than these, the local dhabhas spread all over town, offer different variety of food. The most famous place of eating is Lakhi Dar, in the centre of the town.
