Greens Hotel

A nice and inexpensive hotel in Saddar. Rooms are fine, service is OK and the best feature is the main atrium/cafe, festooned with plants hanging down from the balconies.  A lovely place  just to sit and have tea, read a book and meet friends.

This hotel will always be a special place for me because I met someone important there.

Rose Hotel

I've always felt real welcome at the Rose Hotel on Khyber Bazaar. Been there on three different trips, spent maybe 3 weeks in total there. Cheap, a friendly crew, spacy rooms, nothing fancy. Nice balcony on the top floor to chill out in the evenings. Good food!
