Beaches in Karachi

There are several beaches in Karachi or outside Karachi main city. The famous beaches names are Hawks bay, Sands Pit, Cape Mound, Sumyani, French Beach, Gadani, Turtle beaches, Paradise Point. These beaches are best for swimming or spending night in rented villa which is avilable there but advance booking is better before arrived. The Seaview is also a beach but in the main city where mostly young boys and girls meet in daytime especially. In evening, you will mostly find families and in midnight mostly are boys.

French Beach

French Beach of Karachi is located half way between Hawkes Bay and Paradise Point, is a small fishing village known to the locals as Haji Abdullah Goth. Surrounded by a boundary wall, it offers 20 huts, constructed by the villagers, for rent. The village has neither running water nor electric power. Its rocky beach and clear waters are ideal for surfing during the monsoon season, snorkeling and scuba diving. Visitors have to bring their own equipment as well as food and drink supplies.

Beach View Park aka Beach Park is located in Clifton, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. The park, constructed at Clifton beach, It was inaugurated on December 12, 2005. The park, constructed under the special supervision of Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan, is part of the under-construction Grand Recreation Project. This beautiful park, spread over an area of 47 acres (190,000 m2), has been constructed along 3.7 km of the coastal driveway.

The Bagh Ibne Qasim (old name Jehangir Kothari Park) is located in Clifton, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

The park is established on February 27, 2007. The park is country's Biggest Park, constructed under Clifton Beach Development Project on 130 acres (0.53 km2) of land. The old Toyland Theme Park has been done away with and this park replaces it. The park cost PKR 600 million and has been completed in 300 working days. Sandspit Beach

Sandspit Beach is situated south west of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It is a very famous tourist spot. The sea at Sandspit is very calm and quiet from October to March and very rough during the monsoon. Remarkable variety of marine life-algae, and crabs are found here. The shallow water here is ideal for swimming and sunbathing. It has an unusual rocky formation. Sandspit beach is quite a popular hangout and relaxation spot in Karachi. Hawke's Bay Beach

Hawke's Bay or Hawkesbay is a beach in Pakistan situated a couple of kilometers away from Sandspit Beach in Karachi. It is a sandy beach with natural beauty. Visitors enjoy weekend picnics, swimming, fishing, and camel and horse riding.
