The city Taunsa Sharif is situated in the District D.G.Khan of South Punjab. This deprived city is also known as Mini UNAN due to its high literacy rate. Taunsa Sharif is famous city due to the shrine of “ Pir Phatan Hazrat Khawaja Shah Suleman ”, who have been a well known scholar of the subcontinent. For traveling and picnic Tribal Area of Taunsa Sharif is a good choice however Taunsa Barag is also a nice spot. The people belong to this city speak Saraki and Balochi. Well known costs of Taunsa Sharif are Buzdar, Qaisrani, Khosa, Sikhani, Malgani, Nutkani etc.
