Trekking with Shiva offers treks of the Annapurna circuit, including Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), Everest Base Camp (EBC) and Langtang. For the trekker who wants to get more remote, tours of the Mustang region and newly opened Dolpa, Rara Region (West Nepal) are offered. The treks offer a unique perspective on the history, culture, nature and people of Nepal.
If you’re not planning a full trek, a day trek can be made to Sarangkot, a small village about a three-hour walk into the mountains. The mountain panorama of the Annapurna Range you get from Sarangkot is far superior to what you can see in town and in the other direction there’s a fine view of the Lake Phewa resort area.

Rapidrunner Expeditions, based in Pokhara, offers world class rafting adventures with superb quality and safety. The Nepali/British husband and wife owners give a warm welcome to everyone and make sure that all their trips are special experiences. Trips vary from a half day to 12 days long, but if you have the time, try to spend at least one night at their remote river beach camps. Sitting next to a drift wood fire under a canopy of the stars - a truly magical experience!
