Lake at Hemkunt

Hemkunt is located at about 4000meters above sea level;approachable by a 6km trecking path from Govindghat. Govindghat in turn is at about 14km trecking path from Govinddham.
There is a Gurudwara, Laxman Mandir, a Lake and a bed of rare flowers called BRAHMA KAMAL, which grow at that heights only.
