Pink City Jaipur has got many places of tourist attractions. Most famour are Hawa Mahal or Palaces of the Winds, City Palace - showing glimpses of India's glorious past, Jantar Mantar - the 18th century observatory and Birla Temple.
Places of interest arround Jaipur are Forts of Amber, Nahargarh, Jaigarh and Jal Mahal. Amber being the most favourite amongst tourists.

A must see in Jaipur. The palace dates back to 17th century and a mixture of Rajput and Mughal architecture.
It houses Museums and part of palace is still used by the Jaipurs Royal Family.

Amber Fort and Palace

Amber, the ancient capital of Jaipur state is a magnificient piece of architecture with perfect blend of Mughal and Rajput style.
The fort is situated on top of hill overlooking Dil-e-Aaram Garden. Best way to reach fort is climb from the garden side or Delhi Road or take a elephant ride in true royal style.
