Festivals in Kakching

Holi is the biggest festival. It is celebrated in the month of March for 5 consecutive days. During day hours, little girls sit on the street and they ask males for some  coins. Boys go with colors in the hand and then they color to girls' face....

In night, group of girls organize for Thabal Chongbi (Traditional Dance). It i s very famous and beautiful cultural dance.  This cultural dance  is organized in  many different locality... Boys  visit the place to dance with girl he likes.... The dance is normally goes upto 12 midnight.
