Getting around in Dombivli is very easy. Not only does the Municipal Corporation have its own 'City-Bus' facility which runs along major routes in the city, but the majority of transportation around the city is carried on by way of Rickshaws. The meter-tariff is not applicable here unlike Mumbai. Tariffs are fixed and bargaining is a MUST. However there are some go-anywhere-flat-rates. Share-rickshaws are also available at Rs.5/- per passenger. Bicycles are available on hire at many places in the city.
