State owned tourist bunglow is probably the best deal. Dorms are available for as cheap as Rs 150 per bed. Bookings from this hotel can be done from the Himachal Pradesh State Tourism Corporation office in Manali (subject to functional telehpone link).

 There are a few privately owned hotels as well. Many eating places, called dhabas, also offer clean beds to sleep in the night. The dhabas are owned by locals.
