Indian Airlines: Many flights. Three to four a day to Mumbai. Two to Delhi. Also provides connectivity to Jaipur, Jodhpur, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Calcutta with easy flights. Weight allowance 30 Kg. Flights are cheaper by almost 40% if booked ahead of 20 days however those tickets cannot be changed or cancelled.

Jet Airways: Ask about discounts for people under 30 (25%) & students (50%) Other discounts are also available but free baggage is only 20 Kg unless directly connecting the same day to or from an international flight.

AirDeccan: Dirt-cheap tickets even at the last minute.

Spice Jet: A little bit nicer then AirDeccan but not as cheap.

Kingfisher Airlines: The Indian version of Virgin.
