Nightlife and Entertainment in Panaji

You get take nightly cruises over the river, which are wildly popular among the Indian tourists. You don't get to see a lot from the river, because it is dark, but that doesn't seem to bother most people. There are dancing performances and general merryness to which maybe not all westernese might be able to relate to, but it is nice to watch.
