North Goa, Between Calangute and Candolin a reasturant now called "after 7" formally known as "after 8" but for obvious reasons had to change their name..... This is a fantastic place to go for an evening meal if you like steaks its fantastic, its one of the best i've ever had anywhere in the world. The staff and manager Leo are fantastic and like everywhere else in goa once they've met you they never forget you. Can't wait til me and my wife return again. 1st time was on our honeymoon. Nr the Canara Bank, candolim A choice of continental and Indian. A restaurant with real good service, ask for willy the waiter and tell him that I sent you. He is always smiles and can help you with menu. Priced a bit higher than the others this place is a favourate for the steaks and the cauliflower sauce. Casa Sea-Shell, a second contributor), has been one of my choice restaurants in Candolim for many years. Fabulous place to relax, santana and theresa will welcome you to their wonderful bar and restaurant with open arms. Vast selection of food and very well stocked bar. Marvellous ambience,relaxed and not overbearing and of course cheap! Just off the beach road in candolim, ask for the moonlight, you'll enjoy it.

Friendly and hospital restaurant which offers, fresh exotic sea food including Chinese, Continental, Indian and vegetarian.

Also near the HBR, Candolim beach is a speciality Indian restaurant. The waiters are all dressed smart in Indian outfits with cheap silver service. At the end of the meal they surprise the women with a rose and the men with the bill. A definate must if you are in this area. Oh also the price is a cheap or expensive as any of the other tourist restaurants in the area.
