Peaceful and tranquil location: East facing and therefore first rays of sun rising above the hill in front of the house, warm the main entrance to the house directly. Almost no sound except that of chirping of many verities of birds. Safe for children to play as the bungalow is in the valley and therefore absolutely no traffic. Very comfortable for senior citizens as only a single level property. Recreation: Arrangement can be made at Hotel Cidade De Goa, the 5 star hotel, which is a 3 min walk from the house for use of their health club, swimming pool, steam and sauna facilities at an additional cost. Safety: Care-taker of the property on the vigil all the time. Long/Short Stay requirement: Available on daily / weekly / monthly / yearly basis. Panjim city: The bungalow is based in Panjim city which is the capital of Goa and lies in the district of North Goa. Panjim city houses the main market area, INOX multiplex, Goa Cultural Centre, Goa Science centre, University of Goa, Dona Paula water sports centre, besides the beaches. On one side it is in close proximity of Old Goa which not only has the famous churches of Goa but also the famouse Salim Ali bird sanctuary.
